1:144th scale can seem daunting but it is a great deal of fun and a good excuse to get creative. Using 1:12 scale dollhouse furniture to make a 1:144th scale house for example - a dollhouse cabinet makes a beautiful home.

I list my work on Etsy and also accept commissions on both houses and furniture via Etsy message, Heathersedge on Facebook or through the contact form on this website.

I do not use laser cut kits for my furniture. I hand make my items by cutting and shaping pieces of wood and using a variety of materials including fabrics, wood pens, paints, acetate sheets, wood patterned overlays, seed beads, caviar beads and more to create unique pieces.

In addition to basswood houses and furnishings, I also make scenes in tobacco tins, in walnut shells, acorn shells and in matchboxes. I will also be adding pistachio shell art this year.
